These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any classes, programs, courses, coaching, content, websites, applications, communications, digital products, or services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Fitness Entertainment Media LLC, a limited liability company (“FEM LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to all programs, brands, trademarks, and intellectual property operating under Lifestyle Architect™, and any current or future subsidiaries, affiliates, or brand entities.
By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any FEM LLC Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. EDUCATIONAL & INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
All information provided in any FEM LLC class, program, media, website, social media channel, marketing material, or communication—whether written, audio, video, live, or recorded—is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
The Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing provided by FEM LLC should be construed as medical, psychological, nutritional, or therapeutic advice.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in FEM LLC Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, associated with your participation.
- You understand that risks may include, but are not limited to: muscle strain, sprains, fractures, joint injury, cardiovascular events, neurological injury, paralysis, or death.
- You are responsible for knowing your physical and mental limits and for modifying or discontinuing activities as needed.
You agree to comply with all safety instructions and recommendations provided by FEM LLC at all times.
3. MEDICAL REPRESENTATIONS
By using FEM LLC Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.
- You have not been advised by a physician to avoid physical activity.
- You have obtained medical clearance if required.
If you have any chronic illness, injury, pregnancy, disability, or health condition, you acknowledge that participation may increase risk and that you assume full responsibility for any outcomes.
4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to:
- Release FEM LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in the Services.
- Indemnify and hold harmless FEM LLC from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your participation, misuse of the Services, or violation of these Terms.
This release applies to all claims, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, and remains in effect indefinitely.
5. NO GUARANTEES OR RESULTS
Results vary from person to person. FEM LLC makes no guarantees regarding outcomes related to fitness, health, mindset, confidence, lifestyle changes, financial outcomes, or personal transformation.
Testimonials and examples are not promises of results and should not be interpreted as typical outcomes.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USE
All content provided by FEM LLC—including videos, workouts, audio recordings, written materials, branding, trademarks, logos, program frameworks, and course materials—is the exclusive intellectual property of FEM LLC and/or Lifestyle Architect™.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, sublicense, or exploit any content
- Record, screenshot, or redistribute classes or materials
- Use FEM LLC content for commercial purposes without written permission

7. NO ENDORSEMENTS
References to third-party products, brands, companies, or services do not constitute endorsements by FEM LLC, nor do they imply endorsement of FEM LLC by such entities.
8. TERMINATION
FEM LLC reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to Services at any time if these Terms are violated.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which FEM LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
