How It Works

You don’t follow a strict plan here. You choose your rhythm. On days you want to feel strong and focused → choose a strength workout. On days you need movement, reset, or connection → choose a yoga (or yoga sculpt) flow Start with 2–4 sessions per week, depending on your schedule and energy. No equipment is required—though a set of dumbbells is recommended to fully step into the strength work And there’s no falling behind, no starting the whole program over.
