Chevy Laurent is a certified fitness, mindset, and lifestyle coach and the creator of the Lifestyle Architect™ method, a philosophy centered around building confidence, momentum, and transformation through daily rituals instead of extremes. With certifications in strength training, yoga, cycling, nutrition, and mindset coaching, Chevy has spent years helping women reconnect to themselves through movement, energy, and embodied consistency. She is the former owner of RydeFYR Cycling Studio in the South Bay of Los Angeles, a former SoulCycle instructor, and currently teaches at Hot 8 Yoga in Manhattan Beach &  Aviator Nation Ride in Santa Monica. Her classes and programs blend motivating movement with grounded mindset work to help people feel strong, energized, and fully back in rhythm with themselves again. Her approach is not about perfection. It’s about creating rituals you can actually return to for your body, mindset, confidence, energy, and life.

Because the women who feel their best rely on daily rituals rather than "feeling motivated" each day.

Equipment Needed:

To fully participate, you’ll need: • light to medium dumbbells • a yoga mat  • and access to a stationary bike (Peloton®, home spin bike, or studio cycling bike) for cycling ritual days.  Please note:
 The ChevyCycle rides were filmed live in a real studio class environment in Los Angeles during the ChevyCycle™ studio era,. These rhythm-based rides (also available inside the standalone ChevyCycle™: The Ride Ritual experience) are integrated into this seasonal experience to help you shift your energy, elevate your mood, and build momentum through movement. At times, the room may become intentionally dark to create a more immersive ride experience, and occasional rhythm syncing delays may occur due to live production filming. This is completely normal — simply continue pedaling and follow the verbal coaching cues just as you would in a live studio ride.
